File No. ACS2024-FCS-FIN-0003 – City-wide Report Recommendation(s) That the Environment and Climate Change Committee recommend that Council approve the 2024 Financial Plan for Water Services required for the renewal of the Municipal Drinking Water License, attached as Document 1, and submit the Financial Plan to the province as required by Ontario Regulation 453/07.

Residential Stormwater Retrofit Pilot Program: Rain Ready Ottawa
File No. ACS2024-PRE-EDP-0016 - City-Wide Report Recommendation(s) That the Environment and Climate Change Committee recommend that Council: Receive the findings of the review of the Rain Ready Ottawa pilot program as summarized in this report and further described in Document 1; Approve the implementation of Rain Ready Ottawa as a permanent residential stormwater retrofit program as outlined in this report to support the long-term objectives of the Pinecrest Creek/Westboro and Eastern Subwatersheds retrofit plans, and to mitigate the impacts of stormwater on local watercourses elsewhere in the city; Approve the proposed changes to the priority area boundaries as per Figure 3; Delegate authority to the General Manager of Planning, Real Estate, and Economic Development, or designate, to implement the program as outlined in this report and to negotiate, enter into, execute and amend any agreements associated with this program.
