Direct staff to review the municipally-owned corner lot at 2802 Dunrobin Road, located at the entrance to Dunrobin Village and report back to the Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee on options to designate the property as parkland and incorporate it into the City's parkland inventory;
Direct that the staff review include an assessment of any planning, environmental, zoning, operational, financial, and parkland acquisition implications associated with redesignating the property for park purposes;
Direct that staff consult with the local Ward Councillor, the Dunrobin and Women’s Institute, the Dunrobin Community Association, and the broader community as part of this review process and report back with recommendations.
