This meeting will be held in a hybrid format. Members of the public may attend in person in the Champlain Room, 2nd Floor, Heritage Building, Ottawa City Hall, 110 Laurier Avenue West, or view the meeting online on the Ottawa City Council YouTube Channel or via Zoom: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/84761806570 Notices and meeting information are attached to the agenda and minutes, including: availability of simultaneous interpretation and accessibility accommodations; in camera items not subject to discussion; personal information disclaimer for correspondents and public speakers; and notices regarding minutes. Accessible formats and communication supports are available, upon request.Delegations wishing to address the Board during the delegation portion of the regular meetings may be heard with the approval of the Board. Requests must be made to the Executive Director and must include a written copy of the comments that will be presented. The deadline to register with all of your materials included is June 19th at noon. All requests to speak must be approved by the Board Chair and the subject matter must be within the jurisdiction of the Board.
