Chief's report That the Finance and Audit Committee: Receive, for information, this second progress update from the Ottawa Police Service (OPS) on the Professional Development Centre (PDC) Capital Project to provide CSPA-mandated training, in response to the Board’s April 27, 2026, motion. Receive, for information, OPS’s response to the follow-up requests from August 7, 2026, FAC meeting, including updates on the descoped project cost estimate, the current training delivered through the OPS PDC, and an environmental scan of comparable Ontario police services and the ownership status of their training facilities.
