Acquisition Update – Capital Region Resource Recovery Centre - In Camera
To be considered in closed session pursuant to subsections 13 (c), (f), (i) and (k) of the Procedure By-law 2025-100. Reporting out: following Council approval. The City entered into a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in order to participate in, and maintain the integrity of, the competitive bidding process. Details will be reported out as soon as possible following Council consideration, following completion of the process, and in accordance with the NDA. This is anticipated to take place by the end of Q1, 2026.
