Board Staffing Strategy: Implementation Review and Phase Two Proposal
Executive Director’s report That the Ottawa Police Service Board’s Human Resources Committee recommend that the Ottawa Police Service Board: Approve the phased implementation of Phase Two of the Staffing Strategy comprising the addition of a Senior Policy and Data Analyst and a Quality Assurance and Finance Advisor over two budget years; Direct the Executive Director to engage with a third-party job-evaluation specialist to evaluate each proposed position, recommend an appropriate salary range for each, and report back on the results and associated financial implications before implementation.
