Accessible formats and communication supports are available, upon request. Except where otherwise indicated, reports requiring Council consideration will be presented to Council on November 27 in Built Heritage Committee Report 19. The deadline to register by phone to speak, or submit written comments or visual presentations is 4 pm on November 8, and the deadline to register by email to speak is 8:30 am on November 12.

Application to alter the former St. Brigid’s Church at 310 St. Patrick Street, a property designated under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act
File No. ACS2024-PDB-RHU-0077 – Rideau-Vanier (Ward 12) The statutory 90-day timeline for consideration of this application under the Ontario Heritage Act will expire on December 17, 2024. Report Recommendation(s) That the Built Heritage Committee recommend that Council: Approve the application for alteration at 310 St. Patrick Street according to plans by Barry Padolsky Associates Inc dated September 15, 2024. Delegate authority for minor design changes to the Program Manager, Heritage Planning Branch, Planning, Development and Building Services. Approve the issuance of the heritage permit with a two-year expiry date from the issuance unless otherwise extended by Council. Direct staff to bring forward a report according to Section 34.3 of the Ontario Heritage Act once the removal is complete.
