File No. ACS2023-OCC-CCS-0081 - City-wide Report recommendations THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT staff be directed to investigate options with financial institutions and other levels of government for green financing models that would reduce the up-front financing barriers to home buyers considering the purchase of new homes with green and energy efficiency technologies. THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT staff provide an update on this effort for Environment Committee’s review by Q1 2024.
