Housing Acceleration Plan Progress Update
File No. ACS2026-SI-SPO-003 – City-wide Report recommendation(s) That the Finance and Corporate Services Committee and Planning and Housing Committee recommend that Council: Receive for information the progress update and measurement framework of the Housing Acceleration Plan as described in this report and attached as Documents 1 and 2. Amend the Tree Protection By-law, 2020-340 to replace the Tree Conservation Report Guidelines outlined in Schedule “E” of the by-law with the new Tree Conservation Report Guidelines as described in this report and attached as Document 4 to enable the implementation of the Housing Acceleration Plan.
