the Ottawa Investment Board Procedure By-law (Document 1);
the policies for sale and disposition of land, hiring of employees and procurement of goods and services (Document 2); and
the rules and procedures regarding the use of Board resources during the election campaign period (Document 3).

That the Ottawa Investment Board approve the hiring of Eckler Ltd. to assist the Board in their management of the Request for Proposal process to hire an Outsourced Chief Investment Officer to manage the City’s funds not immediately required.
