Most so called flushable wipes aren't actually flushable. They're clogging our plumbing and clogging our waterways. In addition, many contain harsh, unsafe chemicals and ingredients that shouldn't be going on one of the most sensitive areas of the body. I developed naturally formulated, truly flushable wipes to address this and am providing a no-cost pilot for one or more of the four long term care homes run by the city of Ottawa. This self-funded pilot will: -Reduce infrastructure strain and maintenance costs -Protect waterways with biodegradable wipes -Enhance resident care with skin-friendly products Upon request, the full proposal along with a third-party flushability report confirming compatibility with municipal systems will be provided. The pilot aligns with Ottawa’s Climate Change Master Plan and Champlain LHIN’s quality care standards.
