Issue: The City of Ottawa contacted Armtec wanting to update their approved products list and requesting a new product approval request. Under Tender Ref. S18.3-6 of MS-22.15, Canada Culvert is listed as a manufacturer (for Polymer laminated Corrugated Steel Round Culvert), while Armtec is not. The parent company of Canada Culvert, WGI Westman Group Inc., bought the Armtec Steel Drainage Division.
