The City of Ottawa has received a Site Plan Control application to permit the development of a new one-storey light industrial building consisting of warehouse, warehouse, and office uses, with a gross floor area of approximately 3,252 m². The proposed development includes 35 vehicle parking spaces and a loading area.

Zoning By-law Amendment

The City of Ottawa has received a Zoning By-law Amendment application to remove Urban Exception 2238 from the subject lands, in order to permit townhouse dwellings within a portion of Idylea Subdivision.
