Official Plan Amendment

The City of Ottawa has received an Official Plan Amendment application to amend the Village of Richmond Secondary Plan to redesignate portions of the subject lands to Village Residential 1. Amendments may also be required to permit a higher density through the inclusion of back-to-back townhomes within the development.
