The applicant is proposing a commercial development with four retail pads. Two of the proposed retail pads will include drive-thru facilities. The current tenancy for the retail pads includes two restaurants, a gas bar and a retail store but this is still subject to change. The proposal also includes 164 vehicle parking spaces and 16 bicycle parking spaces. The site will be accessed through two new accesses along March Road, one is proposed to be full movement and the other will be right-in right-out only.
