The City of Ottawa has received a Zoning By-law Amendment application to reconfigure a park block and surrounding residential lots within a subdivision. The proposal would rezone part of the existing residential lands to accommodate the park use and part of the existing park to accommodate residential uses. The proposed changes include the addition of 22 residential lots along the west boundary of the park, fronting on Goldhawk Drive, and the removal of 7 residential lots along the east boundary, on Dagenham Street.
