Site Plan Control - Re-develop the site with a high-rise building (26-storeys) consiting of a mix of retail/commercial within the podium and residential units above. A Privately-Owned Public Space (POPS) at the corner of Blair and Montreal Road will also be considered in support of the application for greater height and density. Phase 1 will consist of Building A on the existing surface parking lot along Fisher Ave, and retention of the existing commercial mall.
