Ironclad Developments is proposing a six-storey, multi-building residential development comprising of three multifamily buildings with a total of 182 residential units. The project includes 212 parking stalls, with 122 provided at grade and 90 located within an underground parkade. The unit mix consists of 18 studio units, 68 one-bedroom units, 65 two-bedroom units, and 31 three-bedroom units.
To accommodate the proposed development, a zoning by-law amendment is required. As such, a rezoning application is being submitted concurrently with this Site Plan Control application.
