The proposed development includes a building addition for the existing office use. The addition will replace 57 vehicular parking spaces and will be approximately 108 m x 23 m. The proposal also includes a redevelopment of the existing visitor's entrance located west of the proposed addition, and a redevelopment of the exterior employee amenity area located east of the proposed addition. No new vehicular parking areas are proposed and 18 new bike parking spaces are proposed. The proposal does not introduce a new use or occupancy to the subject property.
