The development proposed consists of an industrial warehouse. The warehouse will serve predominantly as storage but will also be used in the construction and maintenance of props equipment. An entrance branching off Entrepreneur Crescent will provide vehicular access to the site. A gravel driveway has been proposed along the east face of the building, providing access to the rear paved loading and vehicle maneuverability area. Parking will be provided within the gravel area in front of the south face of the building. The balance of the site will be grassed area and landscaping elements.
