Minor revisions are proposed to the previously approved Site Plan for a 6-storey mixed-use building, including: main entrance location; cladding materials on elevations; elimination of a notch on the building's south side; changes to unit counts (73 to 100 units) and types; slight change to commercial unit GFA; increases in visitor parking, bicycle parking and amenity space to account for additional dwelling units; and revisions to mechanical and electrical equipment details.
