No off-street motor vehicle parking spaces are provided. Bicycle parking spaces are provided at the rear of the proposed buildings with access of Winona Ave. The existing buildings will be demolished to facilitate the proposed development. A minor zoning amendment application is required to facilitate the proposed development on the subject property and is being submitted concurrently with the site plan application
