The City of Ottawa has received a Zoning By-law Amendment application for a rezoning of height restrictions to 97 metres as well as to provide relief from various performance standards. The property is currently zoned, Mixed-Use Centre, Subzone 5 (MC5 H [35]) and Mixed-Use Centre
Subzone 15 (MC15 [2165]-h). The City has also received an application for a Site Plan Control to implement two high-rise residential towers.
