There is a 10 square metre patio proposed to service the restaurant use, located within the corner side yard, beside Henderson Avenue. The applicant is providing 15 vehicular parking spaces in an underground parking garage that is accessed from Templeton Street. The applicant applied for an OPA (D01-01-17-0003), a ZBLA (D02-02-17-0008) and a SPC (D07-12-17-0012) concurrently.
