Description: No new development is proposed. This application implements condition 2 of provisional consent D08-01-26/B-00066, a surplus farm dwelling severance. The existing single detached dwelling is surplus to the farm to the farm operation and is being served onto Part 1 (approx. 1.1 ha) and sold; the retained farmland (part 2 approx. 31ha) continues in agricultural use. No new buildings, additions, units or site alterations are proposed.
