Description: This application only seeks an amendment to maximum height and additional provisions for permitted projection above the height limit for amenity area. The Minor Zoning Amendment is proposed to revise the maximum heights in metres from 60 m to 65 m, and from 90 m to 95 mas shown on Schedule 468 to better reflect the maximum heights in storeys and the intended built form per the previous Plan of Subdivision, Zoning Amendment and Site Plan Control approve It is also proposed to revise Exception 2836 to permit indoor amenity area to project above the height limit to a maximum of 5.0m with a maximum gross floor area of 375 sq. m.
