Description: The proposal for the Subject Site is to rezone the site to permit a range of residential and commercial uses. There is no development proposed for the Subject Site at this time. It is anticipated that the future development of the Subject Site will include multiple commercial buildings with a gross floor area of approximately 18,000 square metres. The future development of the Subject Site with a commercial use will require a Site Plan Control application.
