Ironclad Developments is proposing a six-storey multifamily residential development comprising of three buildings, with a total of 182 residential units. The development includes 212 parking stalls, of which 122 are provided at grade, and 90 are located within an underground parkade. The proposed unit mix consists of 18 studio units, 68 one-bedroom, 65 two-bedroom units, and 31 threebedroom units. To accommodate the proposed development, a zoning by-law amendment is required. Accordingly, a rezoning of the subject property is proposed-from the current LC proposed 1706 H(11) to the R-5 "AA" zone-to permit a planned unit development use.
