Description: The proposed amendment is to remove the floodplain overlay from the subject property. The purpose of the Amendment is to modify the Flood Plain Overlay to reflect the completed cut-and-fill works approved by the Rideau Valley Conservation Authority (RVCA). The removal of the Flood Plain Overlay and changes to in accordance with the approved works will enable the property owner to proceed with building permits for the construction of 205 detached dwellings and 28 townhouse dwellings on the newly-registered lots within the subject lands.
