Description: The proposal contemplates a mid-rise (9-storey) residential use building with commercial units at-grade along Richmond Road with a transition to a low-rise built form abutting the north property line along Tweedsmuir Avenue. Parking to be provided underground. The applicant is proposign a total of 127 dwelling units as well as at-grade commercial units facing Richmond Road. Parking is proposed to be provided underground, accessed from Tweedsmuir Avenue, to accommodate 97 vehicular parking spaces and 160 bicycle parking spaces.
