The owners of 609, 611, 613 & 615 Parkview Rd are seeking to install a fourth dwelling unit in each residential dwelling. This will convert the existing triplex dwellings into the category of a low-rise apartment buildings as defined by the zoning by-law. Therefore, the owners seek to rezone the property to R4-UC (XXX) to allow for the internal modifications to 4-units only, preserving the existing 3-storey structures.
