The City of Ottawa has received a Zoning By-law Amendment application to rezone a small rectangular portion of the property from Light Industrial Subzone 2, 14-metre height limit, holding zone (IL2 H(14)-h) to Arterial Mainstreet Subzone 10, Urban Exception XXXX, 13.5-metre height limit (AM10 [XXXX] H (13.5)) to permit a low-rise, mixed-use building.
