Proposed zoning: R4-UC with exceptions:
- reduce lot width from 10m to 9.04m
- reduce side yard setback from 1.5m to 0.77m & 1.2m
The City of Ottawa has received a Zoning By-law Amendment application to facilitate the conversion of an existing three-unit dwelling to a six-unit low-rise apartment. One vehicular parking space and six bicycle parking spaces are proposed.
