Description: The City of Ottawa has initiated a Zoning By-law Amendment to ensure conformity with the recent provincial amendments to the Planning Act via Bill 23 (More Homes Built Faster Act, 2022) to require two additional dwelling units to be permitted on all residential lots with access to full municipal water and wastewater services, and to establish standards for new buildings constructed in accordance with this direction.
