The proposed development is for a plan of subdivision including single detached and townhouse dwellings as well as 4 apartment buildings ranging in heights from 9 to 17 storeys and including approximately 600 dwelling units. Additional uses of semi-detached and stacked dwelling units may be incorporated before the concurrent plan of subdivision application is approved.
To rezone the lands to permit the proposed /ow-rise built forms and to revise the permitted building heights to reflect the angular plane of the Airport Zoning Regulations which apply to the subject lands.
