Description | It is proposed to develop a three-storey residential apartment building containing 30 dwelling units on the Subject Property. These units will be a mix of one-bedroom units and two-bedrooms units. A main entrance will be provided off of Ste. Cecile Street, as well as separate individual entrances for the ground-floor units facing Ste. Cecile Street. Three parking spaces (one resident and two visitor} will be provided in the rear of the building and 30 bicycle parking spaces are provided. A Minor Zoning By-law Amendment application is required to facilitate the proposed development and is being submitted concurrently with the Site Plan application. |
