Description: Two nine storey mid-rise apartment buildings are proposed. 560 units are proposed, including 278 units in Building A to the north and 282 units in Building B to the south. Access is proposed via one drive aisle via Tremblay Road providing access to 14 surface parking spaces for visitors as well as an underground parking garage with 193 resident parking spaces. 298 bicycle parking spaces are proposed and includes 288 long-term resident parking spaces and 10 short-term visitor parking spaces. Of the long-term resident bicycle parking spaces, 10 inclusive bicycle parking spaces are proposed. A total of 3,518 square metres of amenity space for resident is proposed.
