- The purpose of this study is to undertake a review of the lands surrounding the future Pinecrest and Queensview O-Train stations to guide future development that supports transit and improves connectivity with the surrounding neighbourhoods. The recommendations of the study will be implemented through a new secondary plan, which will form part of the new Official Plan.
