| Description | Amendments to the Richmond Village Secondary Plan in Volume 2C of the Official Plan (D01-01-16-0018) The City of Ottawa, is working on amendments to the Richmond Village Secondary Plan. These changes will require public services in new development in the Village's Northeast Development Lands, Industrial Lands and on any lands converted to residential and commercial uses through Official Plan Amendment 150. This amendment will bring the Richmond Secondary plan into conformity with the 2013 Infrastructure Master Plan, is consistent with the direction of the 2010 Community Design Plan and is a necessary prior to implementation of industrial land conversions made in Official Plan Amendment 150. Following public comments changes will be presented to Committee and Council for approval. This is anticipated to occur in early 2017. |
