Ottawa is in the process of finalizing the 2015 budget. Participation from residents is very important at this stage. In addition to hosting consultations the city has released some of the budget data in Excel format.

Currently only the draft capital budget has been released as open data. Hopefully the operating budget will also be released shortly.

OttWatch has converted the Excel file to a database format and a simple online presentation of the budget is now available.

If you are looking for references to particular keywords use the "View All" link then search with your browser. Otherwise, you can browse projects by ward to get started.
