Motion To: WHEREAS Norman Street west of Preston Street is part of the Mixed-Use Neighbourhood in the Preston-Carling District Secondary Plan; and WHEREAS the Secondary Plan allows for mid-rise development up to 9 storeys on properties fronting the north side of Norman Street west of Preston Street; and WHEREAS the maximum height for all other properties in the Mixed-Use Neighbourhood is 4 storeys; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Official Plan designation for the maximum height for properties fronting the north side of Norman Street west of Preston Street be such as to limit the height to four storeys.
