Motion To: WHEREAS 21 Withrow Avenue, known as Kilmorie, was approved for development by Planning Committee and Council in 2019 and; WHEREAS the community has made significant efforts to preserve the property and wishes to acquire the property through a special area levy and; WHEREAS the developer has agreed to offer the property for sale to the community should a levy be approved through a community vote; THEREFORE be it resolved that Finance and Economic Development Committee recommend to Council that the Clerk’s Office undertake a special area levy vote in coordination with the community and as described in report ACS2020-ICS-LEG-003. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the cost to undertake the levy vote be assessed to the constituency services budget of the College Ward Councillor’s Office
