Motion To: That the McKenney/ Leiper Motion be amended to add the following: BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, in accordance with Subsection 81(b) of the Procedure By-law, the Mayor as Chair of FEDC retain the authority to vary the location of individual FEDC meetings should there be a light legislative agenda where there are no significant city-wide issues.
