Motion To: WHEREAS Report ACS2018-PIE-PS-0079 recommends zoning changes to the lands known municipally as 5441, 5465, 5505 and 5571 Fernbank Road; and WHEREAS the applicant has requested a revision to the proposed site-specific exception to clarify the rear yard setback requirement for a Planned Unit Development; and WHEREAS staff agree the requested changes help to clarify the zoning provisions; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Document 2 (Details of Recommended Zoning), section 2, be revised as follows: • Replace the text ‘-the rear yard setback for a stacked dwelling or an apartment dwelling, low rise is 4m.’ with ‘-the rear yard setback for a stacked dwelling, apartment dwelling, low rise and Planned Unit Development is 4m.’ AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that no further notice be provided pursuant to Section 34(17) of the Planning Act
