Motion To: WHEREAS Report ACS2018-PIE-PS-0087 recommends zoning changes to the lands known municipally as 1000 McGarry Terrace; and WHEREAS through recent discussions with the Applicant, it has been deemed advisable to provide a fixed vehicular parking number which reflects the maximum number of parking spaces that can be accommodated on site as per the proposed development; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Planning Committee recommend to Council that the following changes be made to Document 2 - Details of Recommended Zoning: • That the text, “reduce vehicular parking ratio for retail to 2.7 spaces/100 m2” be replaced with the text “The required parking for all other uses within a building containing a warehouse limited to a self-storage facility is 24”. AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that there be no further notice pursuant to Subsection 34 (17) of the Planning Act.
