Motion To: That Ottawa Board of Health Report 14B; Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee Report 34; Audit Committee Report 15; Community and Protective Services Committee Report 32; Finance and Economic Development Committee Report 34; Planning Committee Report 62A; and Transportation Committee Report 32 be received and considered; and That the Rules of Procedure be suspended to receive and consider the report from the City Clerk and Solicitor’s Office entitled “Summary of Oral and Written Public Submissions for Items Subject to the Planning Act ‘Explanation Requirements’ at the City Council Meeting of April 25, 2018”, so that it is considered by Council while the application is still within its appeal period.
