Motion To: WHEREAS Report ACS2018-PIE-PS-0029 recommends approval and adoption of Zoning By-law amendment for 2887 and 2895 Riverside Drive; and WHEREAS staff have noticed two additional items to be included in the Zoning By-law amendment; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Council approve that Document 2 (2,c,II), be amended by adding the following: vi. Minimum required amenity space: 160 square metres vii. Minimum landscape buffer around a parking lot at the northeast corner: 1.0 metre BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT pursuant to the Planning Act, Subsection 34(17) no further notice be given.
