Motion To: WHEREAS the mixed-use building fronts on Riverside Drive; and WHEREAS the height recommended by staff in the original report was 3 storeys; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the height of the mixed used building be returned to the original staff report recommendation of 3 storeys and 13.5 meters; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that there be no further notice pursuant to Sub-section 34 (17) of the Planning Act.
