Motion To: WHEREAS recommendations 1a) and 1b) of the report recommends parkland, institutional, residential and a mixed-use building, and WHEREAS the Ward Councillor would like to separate the approval of the report recommendations with respect to the parkland, institutional and residential portions from report recommendations on the mixed-used building;THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Recommendations 1 and 2 in the report be deleted and that Planning Committee receive the following recommendations for its consideration:That Planning Committee recommend Council approve:1. a) An amendment to Zoning By-law 2008-250 for 3071 Riverside Drive to permit a six storey retirement home and residential care facility, twenty-six townhouse dwellings, thirty-six low-rise apartment units and a public park, as shown in Document 3 and detailed in Document 5; b) An amendment to the Riverside Park Secondary Plan to redesignate an approximate four-hectare parcel of land located at 3071 Riverside Drive from
