Motion To: BE IT RESOLVED THAT Document 3 – Details of Recommended Zoning be amended to reduce the recommended maximum permitted height from 26 metres to 20 metres, such that both buildings cannot exceed 6 storeys; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any further details in Document 3 be revised to implement the recommended 6 storey development; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that there be no further notice pursuant to Sub-section 34(17) of the Planning Act.
